Amersfoort | VolkerWessels Telecom and lessor De Waal Beheer o.g. have reached an understanding regarding a new long term lease agreement for the office building located at the Modemweg 33 in Amersfoort. The prolongation concerns approx. 3.318 m2 office space and 76 parking spaces of the headoffice of VolkerWessels Telecom B.V.
In this transaction VolkerWessels Telecom has been advised by real estate specialist 3stone Real Estate.
