For it’s fund M7 EREIP IV Dutch PropCo 3 BV, M7 Real Estate purchased a portfolio consisting of 28 office and commercial properties spread throughout the Netherlands.
The vendor is the KantoorExpert Group that leases the locations from M7 Real Estate. KantoorExpert is a supplier of office equipment, office machinery and furniture.
The size of the portfolio consists of approximately 3,200 m² office space and 63,000 m² of commercial space.
