LB Immo Invest GmbH acquires from Borghese Real Estate, on behalf of her fund LB Handels-Invest Europa 1, the retail development located at the Sijsjesbergweg in Amsterdam-South East. LB Immo Invest GmbH is a subsidiary company of HSH Nordbank AG, established in Hamburg. At this moment LB Immo Invest GmbH manages 13 funds with a total amount of van approx. € 1,5 billion. The retail development has a total dimension of 29,276 m² and 540 parking spaces on site.
The building is leased under a long-term contract to Gamma (the largest Gamma establishment in the Netherlands), Leen Bakker, Kwantum and Woonexpress. Presently, approx. 5,400 m² floor area is available for rent. Borghese Real Estate is in negotiation with several parties for the completing of the last square meters of this large retail development.
The seller in this transaction has been advised by real estate adviser DTZ Zadelhoff and legal advisers CMS Derks Star Busmann. The interests of the buyer were represented by legal advisers Houthoff Buruma, technical adviser CVO International and real estate specialist 3stone Real Estate.
