Spoorweg Pensioenfonds has enter into a lease agreement with Friesland Campina. The location concerns the former Akzo building nearby the Central Station in Amersfoort. It is one of the largest leasing transactions in the history of Amersfoort. The office tower dates from the 1960’s and will be completely renovated by Dura Vermeer before Friesland Campina will occupy the total building.
The total lease transaction also concerns the take up of the new office development which will be constructed adjacent to the existing property. Spoorweg Pensioenfonds will be the owner of this new development. Approximately 20,000 lfa is the total leasing transaction. Friesland Campina will occupy the property in the summer of 2009. The new development will follow later.
In this transaction Spoorweg Pensioenfonds has been advised by DTZ Zadelhoff and Meeùs Bedrijfshuisvesting. The interests of Friesland Campina in this transaction were represented by IPMMC and 3stone Real Estate.
