Commvault Systems and Cellnex Netherlands have signed long-term leases for approximately 1400 m² of office space in the STAAT! at the Papendorpseweg 75-79 in Utrecht.
Commvault is a publicly traded data protection and data management software company. It helps companies around the world activate their data to generate value and gain new insights, and transform modern data environments.
Cellnex is a wireless telecommunications infrastructure provider, offering services throughout Europe. Cellnex’s network currently includes more than 50,000 sites in Europe. Office building STATE! has recently been completely renovated, which has resulted in a number of new rental transactions over the past period. After Regus, Sharp, Arthrex and Flynth have now rented Commvault and Cellnex here for 612 m² and 809 m² respectively.
CBRE supervised both transactions on behalf of the Winter Trust, in collegial cooperation with Ans de Wijn Bedrijfshuisvesting. Commvault was supervised by NL real estate and Cellnex by 3stone Real Estate.
