Cannock has signed a long-term lease agreement for 2,306.48 m2 office space in the De Rotterdam building at Wilhelminakade 151-153 in Rotterdam.
In this building at Kop van Zuid, approximately 2,500 m2 of office space is still available for rent.
JLL assisted in the realisation of this transaction with L’Etoile Properties in co-operation with De Mik Bedrijfshuisvesting and CBRE. L’Etoille Properties is responsible for the entire management of the building on behalf of owner De Rotterdam.
