Borghese Logistics has sold a new distribution center in Zeewolde to Tristan Capital Partners, a real estate investment management company.
The distribution center is located on the Trekkersveld III business park in Zeewolde and is being developed by Borghese Logistics. It concerns a high-end logistics development of 19,000 m² in total, spread over 16,780 m² industrial space, 700 m² office space, 1200 m² mezzanine and 186 parking spaces. Trekkersveld business park is characterized by medium-sized and large companies in the field of logistics, production and assembly, construction or wholesale. The site is located on the north side of Zeewolde and can be reached directly by the adjacent N305, which connects directly to the A28, A27 and A1. Construction of the complex started at the beginning of September. It is expected to be completed in May 2021 by Pleijsier Bouw Genemuiden.
