Bol.com has extended the lease agreement and renewed it for a long term in WTC Papendorp in Utrecht. WTC Papendorp is located at Papendorpseweg 100 in Utrecht. With this expansion and extension, Bol.com will grow in the next years to approximately 35,000 m² office space and 1,000 parking spaces. This makes it possible for Bol.com to grow from 1,300 to 2,000 employees at this location. The total size of the WTC Papendorp complex is 43,000 m² and remains fully let.
