AMSTERDAM – 3stone Real Estate, a leading and independent boutique office in the Dutch real estate market, announces the addition of Mathijs Flierman and Renaldo Thewissen as new partners. This expansion of the team marks a significant step in the growth and diversification of the company.

Mathijs Flierman

After his tenure at Troostwijk Makelaars, where Mathijs established the investment department, he continued his career in 2007 at Cushman & Wakefield as Head of Capital Markets and Boardmember. During his 16-year career at Cushman & Wakefield, Mathijs was responsible for the significant expansion and professionalization of the investment department. Throughout his career, he has built a very diverse track record of purchase and sale transactions across all real estate sectors, with domestic and foreign investors, developers, and financiers. Mathijs is leaving his leadership career for his true passion: advising on investment transactions.

Renaldo Thewissen

Until the end of 2023, Renaldo Thewissen worked as an Associate Director within the Capital Markets department of Cushman & Wakefield. Since late 2019, he was co-responsible for establishing and expanding the residential investment department, focusing mainly on advising developers and investors in the purchase and sale of new build projects, development locations, and housing portfolios. Renaldo started his career at Round Hill Capital, where he was involved in the Heimstaden transaction of Euro 1.4 billion, which took place in 2019.
