Amsterdam Zuid-Oost | Arena Poort Retail (Ballast Nedam Ontwikkelingsmaatschappij and AM Real Estate Development) have assigned the Esprit outlet at the Arena Boulevard to Amsterdam Arena Poort Retail Fund. The new fund is open to participation by private investors and has a distributable yield of more than 8.5 percent on an annual basis.
Heeneman & Partners provided the restructuring and relocation of the stocks and shares and is also appointed as fund manager.
3stone Real Estate in Amsterdam acted on behalf of AM RED and Ballast Nedam Ontwikkelingsmaatschappij, of which both remain shareholder to a limited extent.
The Esprit store of 2,700 m2 is long-term leased to Esprit Europe. Esprit operates herein as an outlet store. The shop is directly located at the opposite of the station Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena, in the vicinity of the Media Markt.
