Stichting CROW, the national platform for infrastructure, traffic, transport and public spaces has agreed upon the extension for a long term lease agreement for the office space in Bouwstede building in Ede. It concerns approx. 2,500 m² office space and approx. 750 m² archive –and meetingspace in the basement of the property. And 106 parking spaces on own site. The property is located at the Galvanistraat 1 in Ede. The new lease agreement concerns a lease term of 10 years in accordance with market conditions
In this transaction, lessor De Veluwe Investments II B.V. has been advised by Van Dijkhuizen Consulting. The tenant Stichting CROW has been advised by 3stone Real Estate.
