M7 buys for its fund M7 EREIP IV Dutch PropCo 2, a portfolio consisting of seven office and two business buildings spread throughout the Netherlands.
Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance has sold the portfolio on behalf of the Rabobank Pension Fund Foundation to M7. The purchase price is € 39.55 mln shown in the act of delivery available through the Kadaster. The purchase concerns, among other things, an office complex on the Haarlemmerweg in Amsterdam and an office building with parking spaces in the Vendelier in Veenendaal.
The size of the portfolio consists of approximately 32,000 m² of office space and 23,000 m² of business space.
