The WTC Papendorp consists of six office towers connected by central square The Plaza on ground level. The central public meeting area and the entrance to the WTC is located here.
WTC Papendop is part of the CBRE Dutch Office Fund of CBRE Global Investors. Tenant Regus Utrecht WTC is part of The Regus Group. Regus is a provider of flexible workplaces, with more than 1,700 business centers in 100 countries .
