In the first quarter of 2017, IT service provider Cegeka will take up residence in the former Unit4 building, located at the Bastion 2-4 in Veenendaal. The area concerns 3,500 m² with a parking facility below the building.

Due to the fast growth, the company no longer fits in the two current offices of Cegeka Nederland and Cegeka-dsa. Cegeka has been a single organization for years, but was still located in two separate buildings.

The office building is located along the highway A12, next to Hotel van der Valk. The building is spacious, light and equipped with training rooms, open-plan offices, smaller rooms for meetings and quiet workspaces.

The ICT company, originally from Belgium, serves her customers from her own data centers in Hasselt (Belgium) and Geleen (NL). In the Netherlands Cegeka has branches in Veenendaal and Eindhoven. In 2015, Cegeka Group achieved a turnover of € 369 million, a growth of 31% compared to 2014. In this transaction Cegeka has been advised by 3stone Real Estate and Van Gorkom RPC and JLL as adviser of Unit4, the departing tenant.
